We are a 501 c (3) non-profit agency in our 31st year of service.
We are proud to be recognized as a 3-Star-Agency in the State of Tennessee.
We provide Residential and Day Services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Greene, Washington and Unicoi Counties.
Conservatorship services are provided statewide for individuals who do not have family members to advocate for them.
Under Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Comcare will not exclude, deny benefits to or otherwise discriminate against clients based on race, color, national origin in the admission to, or participation in any of its programs and activities.

Comcare's Mission is to enhance the quality of life for people with intellectual disabilities by advocating for them and providing personalized training and support services that enable them to exercise control of their lives by having choices about how and where they live, work and spend their leisure time.
