Comcare Administration and Training Center From Knoxville take I-40 to I-81 (toward Bristol) take Exit 23 (Greeneville/Bulls Gap) turn right at the stop light at the bottom of ramp. Go approximately 12-14 miles to reach the Greeneville area, turn right onto Hwy 70 S. - 321 S. Business at the green overhead sign, stay in the extreme right hand lane. You will be approaching a traffic light, turn right onto Highway 70 S - 321 S and go about 3/4 mile; (get into right lane) go across railroad tracks. At the traffic light, turn right onto 321 South. Turn right at Pennsylvania Avenue, the second street to the right, at approximate 3/10 of a mile.
