- Stay in the right lane
- Cross the railroad tracks
- Turn right onto West Main Street/Hwy 321 0.3 miles
- In 0.3 miles turn right onto Pennsylvania Avenue
(If you pass the Co-Op on your right, you have gone too far) - Proceed to the end of the road
- As you enter the Comcare parking lot, turn to the left and park in the spaces on your left.

- Take 11E South to Greeneville
- Exit 11E at Business 11E/Hwy 70 South
- Turn left at end of ramp
- Turn right at traffic light onto Truck Route By-Pass 70/Hwy 321
- Stay in the right lane
- Proceed 1 mile
- Cross the railroad tracks
- Turn right onto West Main Street/Hwy 321
- In 0.3 miles turn right onto Pennsylvania Avenue
