Fall Festival Vendor Application
General Information
Thank you for your interest in Comcare’s 1st Annual Benefit Fall Festival and Car show on Saturday October 26th from 10:00am-4:00pm. This day will be a start to a new tradition for our wonderful organization. We are a non-profit organization that serves people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. All proceeds from vendors and car show entry participants will benefit the people we support at Comcare. We are looking forward to a fun fall day at the Greene County Fairgrounds. There will be a variety of food and craft vendors set up for all to enjoy. We will also have a Car Show where all cars, trucks, and motorcycles are welcome with an entry fee. We appreciate your support in kicking off this event and look forward to enjoying the day with everyone!
Vendor Spaces and Set Up
- Craft vendor booths will be in the Greene County fairgrounds commercial building. Each craft vendor booth is 10’ wide and 10’ deep. There will be electricity access for these booths.
- Food vendors will be set up in the rock area (carnival area). There will be no electricity access for food vendors.
- All vendors are responsible for their own displays, their own tables, chairs, tents, extension cords, shelving, etc.
- The event will be held rain or shine, and each vendor should make proper arrangements for wind and rain. No refunds will be given for inclement weather.
- All vendors must collect and submit Tennessee State sales tax.
- The event starts at 10:00am. All vendors need to be set up and ready by 9:00am.
- Vendors may set up the day before between the hours of 12:00pm-5:00pm and between the hours of 7:00am-9:00am the day of.
Fees
- Vendor fees must accompany vendor applications.
- Applicants that are accepted will be contacted. If not accepted, you will be notified and will be refunded the check that accompanied the vendor application.
- All applications and fees must be turned in by 10/1/2024 to guarantee vendor space.
- No Refunds or cancellations after October 1st, 2024
Additional Information
- The benefit event is being held Saturday October 26th from 10:00am-4:00pm at the Greene County Fairgrounds at 123 Fairgrounds Cir, Greeneville, TN 37745.
- NO ANIMALS are allowed on the fairgrounds except for identifiable service dogs.
- Disruptive, disrespectful, or rude behavior toward other vendors, volunteers, patrons, merchants, will not be tolerated. Event organizers reserve the right to remove any person(s) who are not abiding with the event guidelines.
