Our Mentoring Program


The Mentoring Program provides a well-rounded, one-on-one structured training experience that connects a mentor, an experienced team member, with a mentee, a new employee, to expand their skills and/or experiences. The Mentoring Program is designed to provide guidance, support, knowledge, and efficient training to the new employee by setting achievable goals and promoting personal and professional growth while encouraging mutual respect, trust, and inclusivity between the mentor and mentee. During the probationary period of employment, a new hire will work alongside their mentor, gaining insight, clarity, skills and experience regarding their job expectations and responsibilities. After the probationary period of employment, the Mentoring Program continues to provide mentoring for up to a year with routine progress evaluations, check-ins, support, and guidance to maintain the employees progress and growth within their employment at Comcare.
