Comcare believes that employment opportunities & community inclusion acts as an aide to overcome barriers for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In part of protecting the civil rights act, we stand by their rights to obtain employment & volunteer opportunities without discrimination. Our Circle of Support will help to assist those who wish to work by education, exploration, and experience. This provides an opportunity for them to be confident in their right to self-determination.

Travis celebrated 25 years of employment with Chartwells at Tusculum University! The university has honored his loyalty by designating March 18th at “Travis Parton” day.

Our volunteer department is just as important as employment development. This provides the ability to build, connect, and contribute within the local communities.
