Department Members

Tammi, Workforce Development Coordinator

Hi, my name is Tammi, I have a passion for helping others to live “Their Life, Their Way”. One important way of achieving this is to aid them in finding their perfect job, where they can build their skills, develop confidence and make natural supports in the community.  I love spending time with my family, friends and 2 doggies.

Karen, Employment Consultant

I am an experienced Job Coach for Comcare. I have over 20 years of experience with Job Coaching and Supported living. I originally came from Florida with an agency that was established by family. I am dedicated to giving as much as I can. I enjoy being hands on and believe achieving goals is the greatest gift. I had a change in careers for six years, doing clerical work and moving to a different state. I really felt like I couldn’t find my place. I feel excited and complete to be working in the Support Community again. I have been with my soul mate and best friend for twenty years. I am a proud mama of four and a nana to seven. They fill my heart everyday with pride and joy. They are truly my greatest accomplishment.

Matt, Employment Consultant

The best thing about being a job coach, is getting to see our supported individuals being able to plan, discover, and apply for jobs they like. It is truly rewarding to get to work alongside them and tech them about their job responsibilities, teaching them about their paychecks that they work hard for, and just seeing them grow, to eventually, work independently. The process is amazing, and I just love how inclusive it is for people with intellectual disabilities, and letting them be just like us.

Outside of my Job Coaching, I enjoy spending time with those close to me, gaming from time to time, and playing with my fur babies.

Logan, Employment Consultant

I am dedicated to helping others discover and achieve their dream employment goals, believing that meaningful work can truly transforms lives. I take pride in guiding people through that journey with encouragement and support. I enjoy spending time with my spouse and two dogs anywhere in nature in my free time.
